Jo grew up in a small dairy farming community in Victoria. This is where her love for people, communication and crating positive change commenced. She was a key member of her family farming enterprises from an early age and fondly recalls business meetings around the kitchen table and discussions about industry issues, leadership and challenges. And she experienced the social connections of clubs, sport and cultural events and began an understanding of capacity building and the value of the social fabric of communities.
