I think the hardest goals to set are the ones all about us!  And then to own them.  So remember the SMARTY goals acronym and importantly that "Y" stands for YOURS.  When you set goals that are YOURS, not anyone else's or are caught up with what you think you should be doing, then they are 200% more likely to feel right and will stick.  Achievement will be yours.  So as you set plans in place, please consider turning them into SMARTY goals.  Here's the lowdown....
