Navigating Change Programs Hitting the Mark We developed and launched a new program this year called Navigating Change. We customise the program for organisations and groups with flexible delivery modes. So far the combination of group and then individual one on one phone coaching sessions is proving extremely popular. Here are just a few comments from our last program.

What's RuralScope Up To?
The year is progressing well for us all at RuralScope (hope it is for you too) and we are pleased to be working with so many of you again.
Mentoring, mentoring and more mentoring! We are currently working with a range of clients in one on one and small group mentoring programs. These programs provide a highly individualised and cost and time effective solution. Through our experience and expertise we find that the best outcomes are acheived with clients who join the program with a specific need and a willingness to apply new knowledge and skills in action. Along with Cotton Australia and the Cotton Research and Development Corporation, RuralScope is facilitating the 3nd Australian Future Cotton Leaders program The program goes through til August 2012 with focus on the development and application of leadership skills through real life industry based projects.
